What Voytellis stores

We receive your ChatGPT account identifier, email address, and available display name to sign you in. We store your agency memberships, invitations, client and trip records, notes, tasks, calendar entries, saved comparisons, Trip Check reports, agency settings, activity records, usage counts, and support submissions. You choose what traveler information to enter. Only enter information you are authorized to handle; avoid passport numbers, payment card details, and other sensitive information that is unnecessary for this CRM.

How information is used and shared

Information supports your workspace, team permissions, optional integrations, support, security, and billing. Members of your agency can access agency records according to their roles. The Voytellis operator can review support tickets and administer the service. The application runs through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Voytellis does not include advertising trackers or sell your CRM records.

Optional AI, Google Calendar, and billing

AI runs only when requested with the consent shown in the app. Submitted text, supported documents, and relevant booking details are sent to the OpenAI API. Requests set store:false; this is not a promise of zero provider retention. Files are processed for extraction; extracted details and reports you save remain in the CRM. Agency OpenAI keys and saved Google credentials are encrypted before storage. API charges belong to the connected OpenAI account.

If you connect Google Calendar, Voytellis creates a dedicated calendar and syncs supported CRM events when you choose Sync. Event titles, dates, descriptions, and selected reminders are exchanged with Google. Disconnecting removes saved connection credentials; it does not remove events or reminders already held by Google. You can revoke access in your Google account and delete the dedicated calendar there.

When billing is connected and you explicitly subscribe, Stripe processes payment details and subscription records. Voytellis stores subscription identifiers and status, not full card details. Provider services apply their own policies: OpenAI, Cloudflare, Google, and Stripe.

Retention, export, and deletion

CRM records remain until deleted by an authorized agency member or through account deletion. Agency Settings provides record export. Deleting your Voytellis account removes memberships, saved personal Google connections, support tickets, and policy acceptance. Agencies you own and their CRM records, agency credentials, invitations, usage records, activity history, and subscription references are deleted for everyone. Shared agency records in agencies owned by someone else remain with that agency; your author identifier in those records is reassigned to its owner, and your activity identifier is replaced with “deleted-user”. Ask that agency to remove traveler or business information you entered if appropriate.

Deletion removes active application records. Infrastructure logs, provider backups, and provider-held financial or security records may have separate retention periods that Voytellis cannot erase through its account control. Exports you downloaded and copies held by colleagues remain outside this control. Your ChatGPT, Google, OpenAI API, and Stripe accounts are separate and are not deleted.

Local storage and contact

Your browser stores the selected agency and interface preferences. The interface loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser makes requests to that service. Sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication mechanisms. For privacy questions or requests, use Support. You can delete your Voytellis account here.
