Your agency workspace

Voytellis is a CRM for travel professionals. You must be at least 18, authorized to represent your agency, and authorized to enter or share the information you provide. Keep your sign-in and integration credentials secure. Agency owners control invitations and roles; members with editing access can change shared records. You retain your rights to your content and permit its processing to provide the service.

The offer

The trial lasts 90 days from agency creation. The planned subscription is $9.99 USD per month per agency, with up to 10 members. No card is required during the trial, and the trial does not automatically charge you. At its end, unsubscribed workspaces remain readable and exportable while editing and paid features are restricted. Checkout is available only when configured and explicitly enabled. Any recurring charge, billing interval, applicable tax, and cancellation terms must be shown before you approve a subscription. OpenAI API usage is separately billed by your connected provider.

Review before acting

Voytellis does not make or change supplier bookings, pay suppliers, guarantee prices, or monitor all live prices. Quotes and availability may change. AI output, Trip Check findings, task dates, reminder delivery, and calendar sync need your review. Confirm traveler details, payment deadlines, inclusions, cancellation terms, and prices with the supplier. You remain responsible for client advice, bookings, communications, and timely payments.

Beta availability and acceptable use

This beta may contain errors, change, or be interrupted. No uptime or data recovery guarantee is offered. Export important records regularly. Do not use Voytellis unlawfully, attempt to access another agency’s information, abuse invitations or APIs, or upload content you lack permission to process. Access may be restricted to address abuse or security issues.

Leaving Voytellis

You may export agency records and delete your account. Owned-agency deletion affects every member and cannot be undone in the app. Account deletion is separate from deleting third-party accounts. If a subscription is recorded, Voytellis verifies and cancels that Stripe subscription before account deletion; a provider failure may require retrying or contacting support. This does not promise a refund or erase Stripe’s financial records.

Use Support for product, billing, privacy, or deletion issues. These beta terms describe the current offer and service. Future material changes will be presented with an updated effective date and, where needed, a new acceptance.
